Vineeth was born and raised in India. After serving the Lord for almost a decade with Youth for Christ in India, he along with his family moved to Canada to obey God’s call to reach and disciple the ‘nations.’
The Lord graciously led him to FCRP where he also was a pastoral intern for a period of time. He has a Bachelor’s degree in commerce, a Diploma in biblical counseling and a Master’s in theological studies. He is passionate about mentoring and discipling along with preaching the word systematically.
In August 2020, he was inducted by the church as one of its elders. He is married to his beautiful wife, Sharon and they have two adorable daughters, Alethia and Aviya.

Kesavan Balasingham
Kesavan was born in Sri Lanka. Due to rising concerns over the civil war, his family moved to Toronto in 1989. Kesavan has enjoyed playing soccer and basketball over the years. Right after high school, Kesavan pursued an IT program in college.
At the age of 19, Kesavan began to read the Bible just to get his mind off his own struggles. But God used that time to open his eyes to the reality of his own sin and the need for a Saviour. It was was here that the Gospel of grace saved him and redirected his life to know, enjoy, and glorify God in all things.
Years later, he was called to pursue a Theological education and earned his B.R.E at Tyndale University College & Seminary. He is married to his beautiful wife Viji, and they have a growing family of four kids, Josiah, Micah, Abigail, and Emily.
Kesavan has been serving in pastoral ministry since 2011. In July 2014, he was commissioned to plant Fellowship Church Rouge Park in the East end of Toronto. He longs to see people come to understand and believe in God’s plan to rescue fallen humanity, through the death & resurrection of Jesus Christ, so that His name and fame would spread in the GTA and beyond.

Mark Cassidy
Mark spent his early childhood in Chile where he learned about the Good News of Jesus while riding on his dad’s bicycle to visit people’s homes. Later in Canada at the age of 17, he devoted his life under the Lordship of Christ to obey his Word. The Lord changed his desires to share Christ with others and serve overseas. He prepared at Tyndale University for a bachelor in theology and later at Dallas Theological Seminary for a master of theology. Mark and Anita served for many years in Asia and Canada where they raised their three children who are now all married. They like spending time with their grandchildren, playing sports and reading.
The Lord led Mark and Anita to Rouge Park because they knew Kesavan and Viji from years earlier when helping Viji go to Asia. Mark enjoys discipling university students and helping others experience freedom in Christ through faith in his payment on the cross for our sins and through his resurrection that gives us new life. Mark became an elder in 2021.
There’s a lot in a name. Femi’s full name, ‘Oluwafemi’, in his native language (Yoruba) means ‘God loves me’, and each day he learns the truth in his name. Born in Nigeria, Femi moved to England in his teens, where he resolved to follow Christ during university. In God’s providence he later moved to Canada in 2014, and while pursuing a career in accounting, he felt a burden for God’s people that led him to make a career change. He has been involved in full-time ministry since 2018, and is pursuing his MDiv at Toronto Baptist Seminary.
In January 2024, Femi joined the ministry team at FCRP as a Pastoral Assistant, and hopes to help others see God’s love displayed in the person and work of Jesus Christ.
Femi is married to his wife Aszerina, and they have been blessed with their daughter, Inori.
